It is becoming ever more popular and important to have healthy practices in place to de-stress and stay mindful of the present moment. One excellent way to do this is through meditation and mindfulness practices and an even better way to make this a regular practice is by using a meditation app.
As a species, we are now understanding that it is much better to prevent and do constant maintenance rather than try and fix broken pieces of machinery – be it a car or someone’s mental health. Mental health issues vary immensely and don’t always manifest themselves as fully blown medically treated diseases. But, does this mean we should all just accept the way life is when it could clearly and easily be made more harmonious?
Connecting with my creativity: I believe we are all creative beings. It is within all of us in some shape or form.

In this exciting and wondrous universe in which we exist moment by moment I find we are still bounded by `rules` and norms and conventions. Do we pay enough attention to the words we use and the vibration/intention they carry?
o switch on the light inside of us we have to understand that our light lies within every single thing and around every cell of our body – it’s our consciousness. We then have to understand our consciousness is something that is bigger than what our human mind can comprehend, it’s intangible.
