One of the main reasons for creating this teacher training was to make sure I was leaving behind a community of ethical, knowledgeable and highly skilled sound practitioners.
I also swore to myself I would do everything I can to help my students turn their fascination for sound into a professional calling that enables them to be of service to others whilst manifesting a good Life with plenty of resources, space and time to also enjoy their time on earth.
I am intense, the course is intense, and I give a lot. Therefore, I expect a lot from my students. Luckily, I have been graced with wonderful beings who did the work and are continuing to do so professionally.

Amanda’s classes are a moving mediation, enriched by her compassion, kindness and wisdom. She worked as an independent artist, writing, performing and painting, before discovering yoga in the late 1990s. She has since explored many styles including Iyengar, Ashtanga and Kundalini, and the Yoga of Sound.
Daniella has had the privilege to train in NAAD Yoga, (The Yoga of sound) with the amazing Leo Cosendai, one of the world’s leading sound meditation teachers.
I create and hold sacred space to encourage us to slow down and connect deeply to the true essence by being still, taking time to just be and reflect by using conscious awareness through yoga, breathing and sound.
When we take time to slow down and listen we can hear our deep inner knowing telling us exactly what we need moment to moment.
If we were to think of time as space, the space between when something starts and something finishes, that is where the healing lies. If we can learn to melt into that space and cultivate stillness then all expectations fall away, the ego cannot exist and instead of us chasing experiences, the experience of being present, knowing you are enough and that every part of you is welcomed is more than enough. The light does not exist without the shadow. Knowing that anything that comes up is there to be looked at with compassion and love so you can help heal old trauma, creating space for new patterns and behaviour in a gentle and kind way.
Be patient with yourself on your journey, you have come so far already. Just wait for what is to come.
My spiritual name is Hamir Kaur – yoga teacher, fitness consultant, reiki master and naad yoga therapist, specialising in addiction and trauma recovery.
My approach to health and well-being focuses on the connection of body, mind and nature.
With over 30 years of experience, yoga and sound healing practices take inspiration from the ancient teachings of India, Chinese medicine and Japanese Reiki healing.

Tips, hacks and tricks for Mental wellbeing
I’m a Reiki Master, Advanced Sekhem Practitioner and Sound Meditation Teacher. Empowering people to find the Healer within. By holding and creating space, I encourage them to explore the layers that need to be unpeeled – to unlock their potential, and heal themselves. This is all aided by the support of Reiki and Sekhem energy systems and sound healing – through both 1:1 and group work.
I help you get comfortable with being still and letting go of whatever you’re carrying that you no longer need. And if the thought of that seems impossible, it’s because you’re so used to The Noise of modern life or the impossible standard of feeling good all the time.
I get it.
And I’ve got you.
I have a background in psychology and work in mental health. I am passionate about wellbeing and offering beautiful and interesting sound experiences in nature and the wilderness. Our aim is to step off the beaten path…
My current menu of offerings:
- Individual (one-to-one) sound baths.
- Group sound baths (either outdoors or socially distanced).
- Pop-up appearances at the end of yoga classes to help get you into a deep state of relaxation.
- Retreat and spa collaborations (I can add sound baths to your workshop, retreat or spa menu).
As a musician with a keen interest in pranayama and philosophy, she is fascinated on how the mind and body can benefit from sound-work and meditation. As such in 2019 she undertook 200 hours training of Naad Yoga with Leo Cosendai to further her practice and knowledge.
She founded Blithe Yoga in 2016 as a yoga supper club in her home’s front living room and opened up the Blithe Yoga community studio space in 2018. Blithe Yoga is a welcoming space, providing quality, affordable and accessible yoga for everyone in London’s most diverse community in Stratford; a diversity which is reflected in the teaching faculty.
Meditation is something I previously found challenging, I found it hard to control my thoughts which left me frustrated. Sound meditation makes meditation more accessible by creating an experience where the frequencies and vibrations of the instruments help you reach the same relaxed and calm states. I feel balanced and more focused which in turn has made my own personal meditation and breathwork practice stronger.
I want to share the tools with you that not only transformed my mindset and helped me create a better structure and lifestyle, but the tools that also brought happiness and reduced my stress and anxiety.
As a yoga teacher and singer and songwriter, I have always deeply connected with the power of music and sound to bring people together, to express what needs to be expressed, illuminate and restore. Naturally, I was drawn to study Naad Yoga (Yoga of Sound) and I now host ‘sound baths’ – immersive sound experiences – an accessible and powerful way to meditate.
Sami Fitz offers sound-meditation for classes, private clients, events, and corporate wellness.
She studied Naad Yoga in 2019 with Leo Cosendai and has a 200-HR certificate with the Yoga Alliance. Her work includes using gongs, singing bowls, voice, and small percussion to relax the body and help clear the mind. After a decade of working for large corporations and also as an independent artist, she offers a unique perspective on how to enhance creativity and create balance in the workplace.
Tam delivers profound sonic experiences for anyone wanting to connect on a deeper level. Rooted in ancient healing techniques her Sound Bath sessions are aimed at helping manage the modern challenges of the 21st century.
