Leo’s 60-minute classes include physical asanas, mantras, pranayamas and short gong immersions.
The content of the class changes every week but they all focus on:
*All activities are accessible to all but be mindful and careful with your body.
*Consult your doctor before undertaking any such physical activity.
*These classes are not suitable for pregnant women and people with life threatening conditions such as heart disease. Students are responsible for their own health and safety.
