A Morning Routine
Here’s my first morning routine for you guys. Please feel free to amend it to your needs and schedule, and please do let me know how you get on with it!
Don’t pick your phone up
Be grateful you woke up
Open the window and take 10 deep breaths (unless your live in Manila or Hong Kong)
Make your bed
Take a pinch of solar dried & unwashed sea salt from Brittany to limit cortisol levels
1 glass of luke warm water with a squeeze of lemon juice
3 yoga poses: Down dog – Cobra – Pigeon (2 minutes each)
Creative thinking & journaling (5 minutes)
Choose your 3 most important tasks of the day.
